I spearheaded a new sustainability content strategy for a $3B packaging company. I created core brand themes on “Going Beyond the Packaging” and “Unpacking Sustainability Impact,” reinforcing these key value propositions across all sustainability marketing assets.

I’ve published numerous articles and insights on environmental policy and sustainable business practices through renowned D.C.-based think tanks, including the Environmental Law Institute and the Environmental and Energy Study Institute.
My expertise lies in distilling complex sustainability topics into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, from policymakers to industry leaders. My research and coverage have spanned a wide range of topics, including circularity and waste, decarbonization, climate mitigation and adaptation, sustainable infrastructure, and environmental and climate justice.

I manage the development of annual global ESG reports for a $3B packaging company, liaising among cross-functional teams including Sustainability, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and more. My responsibilities included:
- Stakeholder Interviews and Materiality Assessments: Identified the most relevant and impactful ESG topics for the organization.
- ESG Data and Reporting: Gathered data points, case studies, and insights across business functions; aligned reporting data with global frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the UN SDGs.

PITCH DECKS
I launched new sustainability pitch decks for a $3B packaging company, creating internal and external-facing sustainability deck templates that highlighted the company’s sustainable packaging products and services.
Armed with a clear narrative supported by compelling data, case studies, and visuals, the sales teams were able to effectively pitch the company’s unique value proposition. Clients ranged from family-owned businesses to Fortune 50 brands.
The new sustainability pitch decks featured:

I created 285+ posts highlighting sustainable packaging products, services, and topics. I also expanded performance analytics tracking to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

I ghostwrite sustainability-related communications for a $3B packaging company’s CEO and C-suite executives, including the Vice President of Sustainability. When writing the “Message from Our CEO” for the company’s 2023 Sustainability Report, I captured the CEO’s authentic voice and aligned the message with the company’s sustainability strategy—delivering a powerful message that resonated with diverse stakeholders, reinforced the brand’s commitment to sustainability, and positioned the organization as an industry leader.

I partner with brands, ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, to go beyond the packaging and unpack their sustainability potential. I advise companies on creating authentic, purpose-driven marketing that resonates with stakeholders and drives lasting impact.
For a $3B packaging company, I supported their sustainability growth strategy by providing advisory services to their clients from family-owned businesses to Fortune 50 brands. I delivered sustainability marketing toolkits, product labeling guidance, and market and consumer insights, enabling clients to make informed decisions and align their offerings with evolving consumer preferences.
I also drove sustainability sales enablement initiatives across Sales, Product, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach. I launched a weekly newsletter, engaging and training over 300 sales team members.

EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
I represent a $3B packaging company as a sustainability expert at trade shows, industry events, and conferences. I organized multiple successful speaking engagements, award recognitions, and media coverage, further solidifying the company’s position as an industry leader in sustainable packaging.
I act as the Sustainability team lead and contributor for sustainable innovation workshops, which provide clients with deep market research and insights, sustainability analysis, and collaborative ideation to enhance their sustainable packaging and drive business growth. I helped develop workshop agendas and liaised among teams including Sustainability, Design & Innovation, Engineering, Sales, and more. These workshops were the first of their kind at the company.
To support community engagement and education, I also led and contributed to events such as a sustainable packaging design workshop for university students, a sustainability career panel for graduate students, and more.

VIDEO CONTENT
I spearheaded the creation of a series of sustainability-focused videos for a $3B packaging company’s website, brand channels, and published social posts. This comprehensive project involved:
- Storyboarding and Conceptualization: Crafting compelling narratives and visual concepts that aligned with the brand’s sustainability initiatives and resonated with target audiences.
- Scriptwriting: Developing engaging scripts that effectively communicated key messages and calls to action, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
